Hillock Wines is the realisation of a dream for Dr Andy Hillock, a retired surgeon from Port Elizabeth who traded the operating theatre for the vineyards of the Dwarsrivier Valley. Together with his wife Penny, an accomplished cook and passionate host, they have transformed Mymering Farm into a sanctuary of fine wine and warm hospitality.

Nestled in the fertile Dwarsrivier Valley at the foot of the magnificent Towerkop Mountain, our boutique winery benefits from unique Klein Karoo terroir — crisp mountain air, pure water, and soil that tells the story of this ancient landscape.
